These are people who often step into the role without training, without pay, and sometimes without even realizing they’ve become caregivers--yet their contributions are absolutely essential to our healthcare system and our communities. And while the role can be deeply meaningful, it can also come with real challenges: burnout, financial strain, and isolation just to name a few. Guest host Jeremy Logan spoke with Amy Coupal, CEO of the Ontario Caregiver Organization, a group dedicated to supporting and empowering caregivers across the province, to learn more about this growing issue.
