Man charged over alleged $1.1m diesel theft

A Queensland man has been charged with allegedly stealing $1.1 million worth of diesel between December 2024 and December 2025. Police allege he used stolen fuel cards to fill up at unmanned depots across Brisbane's south side and Ipswich, with a search warrant at his Green Bank property uncovering diesel reserves, multiple mobile phones and a homemade taser.
