We’re coming off an Easter weekend that delivered all the vibes - Warbirds Over Wānaka, Friday night gins, A rugby boy, and a very bold (and questionable) pick-up line. Somewhere in between the chaos, I’ve also found myself in a full-blown knickers crisis… because why is finding a good pair actually so hard??

On a more wholesome note, my mum called me at 9pm to say she’d watched Travel Guides… and just like that, she’s suddenly okay with me heading to Thailand solo. I watched it too, and had a bit of a moment realising I’m actually about to do something pretty big - by myself.

We’re also chatting small wins (like friends saving me when my car decided to act up), unexpected moments with family, meeting new people over the long weekend, and why April is already feeling like a bit of much needed chaos.

It’s chaotic, it’s honest, it’s a little emotional… and it’s very much a “life lately” catch-up.
