One Shining Moment songwriter calls the piece a miracle

One of the staples of March Madness is the One Shining Moment montage played at the conclusion of the championship game reflecting on all the best moments from the three week tournament. The man behind the iconic song is singer, songwriter David Barrett from Ann Arbor who talked with WWJ's Jon Hewett.
