Traver Boehm is the author of Today I Rise, Man UNcivilized, and 28 Days in Darkness, and the founder of UNcivilized Inc.

For nearly a decade, he worked with men from high-performance backgrounds, including military, athletes, and entrepreneurs, helping them face personal challenges, build stronger relationships, and reconnect with themselves.

In 2025, he spent 49 consecutive days alone in complete darkness in Italy. That experience reshaped his understanding of identity, achievement, and what people are actually searching for beneath success. Afterward, he expanded his work to include women, focusing on what he describes as a shared human need rather than a gender-specific one.

He now teaches a framework called "One Life, Soul Led, All In," centered on seven areas of personal growth.

Before this work, Traver rebuilt his life after divorce and a period of instability. His background includes a Master's degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine, hospice volunteering, professional MMA fighting, and global travel. He has been sober for over a decade.

He lives in Boulder, Colorado with his dog, Sage, and speaks on relationships, personal growth, and what it means to live with integrity.
