Ryan Seacrest slashes price on Napa Valley estate

Ryan Seacrest has relisted his Tuscan-style villa in Napa Valley for $28.6 million, reduced from the original $31.8 million asking price in July 2024. The estate features five bedrooms, six and a half bathrooms, approximately 10,750 square feet of living space, a main residence, pool house, and guest cottage. Seacrest purchased the property for $20 million in 2020 and has cultivated 220 olive trees, producing his own olive oil and wine on site.
