Authorities say it was around 8:10 p-m near the Bakers Center shopping plaza on Fox Street and West Abbottsford Avenue when an argument between the occupants of a gray Jeep and black Kia SUV led to shots being fired. ... Drivers are feeling pain at the pump as the war in Iran drives fuel costs above 4-dollars 10-cents per gallon, and prices in the Philadelphia region are higher than the national average.
