Data Centers and proposed upside in tax revenue versus energy demands and future job displacement

Don Hanrahan, Coalition for Springfield's Utility Future asks if a short moratorium is needed, to vet the proposed CyrusOne Data Center. "We haven't done due diligence. I would love to have the money that they're talking about bringing to the county through taxes. But, they're not giving us the information we need to make that decision."
