Spiritual Healing in Nature, Infused with Crystal Grid

It’s time to take an energetic pulse check to see how we are doing vibrationally. How are you feeling? Sometimes we can feel overwhelmed and overstimulated with the stress of our current political and social climate, everyday trials and tribulations, family and job responsibilities. It can be too much at times and make us feel like we could use a “time-in”.

A “time-in” to examine, regulate, center, ground and express ourselves. In this episode, Lani shares how going outside in nature always helps her balance her energies. It’s the perfect prescription for a number of ailments whether they be physical, emotional and/or mental. In addition, activities that engage our inner child can help us move into the frequency of the present moment, so that we can be grounded and remain open and tapped into source. In present moment energy, we can walk with joyful anticipation and optimism about what is coming next.

We have a treat for you, a little nature healing and inner child activity rolled into one! Lani is taking us on a field trip to nature’s classroom and on a scavenger hunt to find things for a Nature Crystal grid for balance, grounding, protection, courage and motivation. Later, we will meditate using the grid. Not to worry, the scavenger hunt list is below, to create your own grid. Find your own place in nature. It can be as simple as going into your backyard. You may not be able to find all items, but try to find as many as you can. Feel free to come up with your own items as well. Play music, dance, sing and make a game of it! Have fun with it! Don’t forget to activate your grid it’s Reiki or a short prayer!

Scavenger Hunt Items:
- 3 to 5 crystals from your own collection that represent “something you want”
- Focus in grid: Pyrite
- Around focus: Tektite, Pyrite, Amethyst, Selenite

- 3 different types of leaves, representing hope, renewal and fertility/abundance
