He will take great delight in you; in his love he will no longer rebuke you, but will rejoice over you with singing.” Jesus, in this quiet hour, when everything is still and thoughts begin to rise, I come to You. I do not remain in restlessness—I come into stillness. My soul finds rest in You. You are my rock. You are my place of safety. You are steady when everything else feels uncertain. So I do not follow every thought—I turn to You. Where my mind feels unsettled, bring calm. Where my thoughts feel scattered, bring order. Where anxiety tries to rise, let Your peace settle over me. You are with me. Not distant, not removed—but present, close, and attentive. You delight in me. You quiet me with Your love. You surround me with Your presence. So I allow my breathing to slow. I allow my thoughts to quiet. I allow my heart to rest in You. Jesús, calma mi mente y lléname de Tu paz en este momento de quietud.
