I do not remain exposed to fear or uncertainty—I come under Your covering. You watch over my life. You see every part of this day, every step I have taken, every place I have been. Nothing is hidden from You, and nothing is outside of Your care. So I release every concern into Your hands. I lay down every worry, every thought that tries to linger, every weight that does not belong to this night. Jesus, keep me from harm. Surround me with Your protection. Let Your presence rest over me and within me. Where fear tries to rise, let Your peace rise greater. You are watching over my coming and my going. You are watching over this moment.
