Victoria offers free public transport amid fuel crisis

Victoria announces free public transport for the month of April as petrol prices approach $3 per litre and over 100 petrol stations across the state run out of fuel. The Victorian Premier is meeting with the Prime Minister and other state leaders to discuss a national response to the fuel crisis, which has also led to increased fuel hoarding and a 50% spike in fuel thefts in some areas.
