Residents Urged To Vigilant Amid Clarecastle Break-In Attempts

Communities across Clare are being urged to extra vigilant on home security following multiple break-in attempts in Clarecastle last weekend. It follows video footage circulating of four masked men attempting to gain access to homes in St Joseph's Terrace in the early hours of Sunday morning. The trend has been reflected throughout the county, with Gardaí investigating in similar incidents in Tulla, Killaloe, Shannon, Ennis and more. Mayor of Clare and Clarecastle Fine Gael Councillor Paul Murphy says it's vital residents have their guard up and that Gardaí are immediately informed of suspicous activity.
