Student shaves head for brother's cancer battle

Glen Waverly Secondary College students have raised $26,000 for the Leukaemia Foundation's World's Greatest Shave. Student Caitlin is shaving her head completely in honour of her brother Nathan, who was diagnosed with cancer at age 14 in year nine in 2020. The school community is participating in the fundraising event with multiple students contributing to support leukaemia research and patients.
