1) ההוראה מיום הרביעי בשבוע – שבו נבראו "שני המאורות ". אור הלבנה, "המאור הקטן", משתנה מיום ליום, ואפי' כשהיא במילואה אין האור מאיר בתוקף, שהרי עדיין נמצאים בחשכת הלילה – בדוגמת זמן הגלות כאשר שורר חושך בעולם מכיון שישנו יצה"ר שרוצה להחשיך שלא יראו את הוראות התורה וכו' (אלא שבזה ישנם שינויים בין ימי החול וימי שבת ויו"ט), משא"כ אור החמה, "המאור הגדול", אין בה שינויים, ותמיד היא מאירה בתוקף גדול – מצב שבו מאיר אור התורה בתכלית הגילוי ובאופן תמידי, זמן הגאולה. וההוראה: גם בזמן הגלות, כאשר מאיר רק "מאור הקטן", צריך יהודי לעשות כל התלוי בו לבטל את חשכת הגלות ע"י ההוספה ב"תורה אור". 2) ההוראה מרביעי דפ' צו שבו מסופר אודות התחלת ימי המילואים כאשר הכל הי' מוכן כבר להקמת המשכן והקרבת הקרבנות וכו': יש לדעת שאנו נמצאים כבר בסוף ליל הגלות והכל מוכן להקמת ביהמ"ק השלישי! ולא נותר כ"א "קלייניקייטן" בלבד שכ"א צריך להשלים!

Synopsis

(1) The lesson from the fourth day of the week, on which the “two luminaries” were created, is as follows: The light of the moon, “the lesser luminary,” changes from day to day, and even when it is full, it remains nighttime, because its light does not shine with full strength. Thus, the moon represents the time of exile, when darkness prevails in the world due to the yetzer hara darkening the instruction of the Torah etc. (though there are differences between weekdays and Shabbos and Yom Tov etc.) In contrast, the light of the sun, “the greater luminary,” never changes; it always shines with great intensity, representing the time of Redemption, when the light of Torah shines fully and constantly. But even during the exile, when only the lesser luminary shines, a Jew must do everything within his power to dispel the darkness by increasing in the Torah of light. (2) The lesson from revi’i of parashas Tzav, which discusses the beginning of the miluim, at which time the entire Mishkan was prepared and ready etc., is as follows: We must know that we have already reached the end of the night of exile, and everything is prepared for the building of the third Beis HaMikdash. Nothing remains except the small finishing touches that everyone must complete.
