Perfect Support for Sleep

I really appreciate Taesha Glasgow's lovely, calming narration. The selections are interesting, too. I tend to leave it on all night, and if I wake (as I often do), I find that regardless of which story is being read, I can return to sleep instead of feeling anxious; however, if sleep doesn't come, I can "tune in" and listen. Like a good Yoga instructor, Taesha's voice is key to it all.
