The San Jose mayor is trailing in the gubernatorial poll but he's favorited by tech billionaires

San Francisco's health department has released the first accidental overdose statistics of the year. Tonight, a community vigil is set for the family of four killed two years ago, struck by an elderly driver. The latest gubernatorial poll shows San Jose Mayor Matt Mahan trailing the leaders, with only 4 percent support. But, he appears to be the favorite of one particular group.
