Wrongdoing Excused

It's unsettling to hear a professional "expert" not only give so many excuses to this level of wrongdoing, but to also exhibit an inability to pronounce such key terms in the specialty as "dissociative" and "exacerbate." Bewildering and certainly not confidence-building.
