General Hospital spoilers for March 23-27, 2026 bring a thrilling ride as Tracy (Jane Elliot) begins to make demands while Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) receives a serious warning. Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) faces his fears as he deals with Britt Westbourne's (Kelly Thiebaud) life-threatening medical situation and confronts his ex-husband Brad Cooper (Parry Shen). Marco (Adrian Anchondo) is seen snooping around, intensifying the Sunny revenge plot, and a troubling discussion between Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) and his son Danny Morgan (Asher Jared Antonyzyn) about living arrangements arises.
