In this episode, Hassan and Pat return to Mutual Mental for the start of Season 2! They chat with their first guest, Kevin Guinan.

Kevin is a 21 year old college student, who happens to be Hassan's future brother in law. Kevin has experience with mental health through lived experience and with loved ones. We chat about stigma around mental health with the younger generation and how online presence has impacted connections over the past few years along with highlighting resources and support systems.
