Ten years ago, I launched my first website, declared myself a business owner, and had absolutely no idea what I was getting myself into. In this episode, I'm sharing the seven things I wish I could go back and tell myself on day one (the lessons I learned the hard way so you don't have to).

These are the things that don't always get talked about in the online business world but absolutely should be. I'm getting into the real, unglamorous side of running a business: the mindset shifts, the money stuff, the client situations, and the behind-the-scenes work that never makes it to anyone's Instagram feed.

I'm also sharing my absolute favorite tip of all, which I saved for last, that I think might be the most fun one too.
