Finally, the episode explores renewing our goals and commitments. Life changes, seasons shift, and sometimes our goals need to evolve with us. Renewing a goal might mean recommitting to it—or it might mean adjusting it into something smaller and more achievable. Progress doesn’t always require bigger goals; sometimes it requires more realistic, bite-sized ones.
