Very engaging & hopeful discussion

The discussion about how much change in oneself is possible is fantastic. Therapy is moving in this direction & I love it. Connecting attachment to neuroplasticity brought a new focus from Levine’s book Attached (which was excellent, approachable, & frankly life changing.) I do wish the idea of resilience was talked about more accurately. Adaptability is not the same as resilience & it’s important to understand the difference. Dax used the terms interchangeably. This was such an interesting & hopeful discussion! Levine is such a lovely man!
