Erin Lee, Protect Kids Colorado on SB26-097: Decriminalize Adult Commercial Sexual Activity

Having gathered 170K signatures or more for three ballot measures protecting children (#108: Penalties for human trafficking of a minor; #109: Concerning male and female participation in school sports; #110: Concerning prohibiting surgery for minors for the purpose of altering the minor’s biological sex characteristics and prohibiting state and federal funding for such surgeries), Erin Lee of Protect Kids Colorado has launched her next battle - to defeated SB26-097: Decriminalize Adult Commercial Sexual Activity. This bill, if passed, would open the door to underage sex trafficking with legal lines being blurred on prostitution.
