Clipper upgrades have seemed to make things harder for commuters

A number of hospital workers rallied in Alameda County to protest a series of coming layoffs. San Jose’s Camden Community Center is celebrating a big milestone: The renovation of its kitchen. Bay Area transit officials say an upgrade to the Clipper card and app which was supposed to make things easier for commuters has been plagued with problems.
