Why John Missed the First Quarter of the Super Bowl

There was so much to talk about yesterday after Sunday's game, we didn't have a chance to bring up John missing the entire first quarter of the game. Why? This is a good lesson to all restaurants out there - don't start the new guy on Super Bowl Sunday!
