Broadcaster Mike Tirico to call the Super Bowl game this Sunday

It’s a 12 minute show, but planning for it began months ago. KCBS' Megan Goldsby talked to the team that put together last night’s free drone show in San Jose’s discovery meadows. This year’s Super Bowl in Santa Clara will feature a new broadcaster stepping into the booth to call the game on TV. KCBS Mike DeWald reports, Mike Tirico will also need to move quickly once the game ends. With the Super Bowl in town, one local nonprofit is hoping all the attention helps bring in more volunteers. As KCBS's David Welch reports, Big Brothers Big Sisters is making its pitch with a flag football game that includes NFL players.
