A single-engine Cessna aircraft crashed during a training flight near Goolwa, South Australia, killing all three people on board. The victims were 53-year-old pilot Leo Howard, 18-year-old Tristan Sheffers, and a 20-year-old passenger from Pasadena. Leo Howard's family described him as a highly respected and experienced pilot and beloved family man.
