Alan Dershowitz has become a lightning rod for criticism because of his longstanding defense of Jeffrey Epstein, including his prominent role on Epstein’s legal team during the controversial 2008 non-prosecution agreement and his public efforts to defend Epstein well after the seriousness of the crimes became undeniable.
