Today's true crime documentary looks at the case of Melissa Casias. In June 2025, 53-year-old Melissa Casias vanished from Ranchos de Taos, New Mexico, leaving behind a trail of unanswered questions that continue to trouble her family and investigators. Melissa, a dedicated employee at Los Alamos National Laboratory, was last seen walking along New Mexico State Road 518 after delivering lunch to her daughter earlier that day. When she failed to return home, her car, wallet, identification, and both phones were found inside her locked house, with the devices mysteriously wiped clean. Melissa was not inexperienced or vulnerable. She ran Blue Creek Outfitters, worked in remote outdoor environments, and was known as a capable hunter and archer. At the same time, court records and family statements suggest she may have been under significant financial and legal stress, including a dismissed lawsuit tied to an expected insurance settlement. Despite extensive searches, Melissa has never been found. This video examines the timeline, the pressures she faced, and the unsettling clues that remain. Remember I release multiple true crime documentaries, true crime compilations and other things you may later regret knowing every single week.
