Experts say ICE Raids Near Schools, Daycares Threaten Kids' Development

Schools and daycares are supposed to be safe zones. But according to a new report from Michigan advocates, that line is blurring. The Early Childhood Investment Corporation says they are seeing an increase in federal immigration enforcement near childcare centers across the state, and it's having a major impact on local kids.
