Lawmaker Pushes for Enhanced Signature Gathering Training and Transparency

We've been reporting on claims of Utahns being misled when approached by signature gatherers in the state. A new bill on Utah's Capitol Hill would try to prevent that by requiring more training for the gatherers and more means of transparency for voters. The sponsor of the legislation, Representative Paul Cutler, joins the show to explain his proposal.
