Stubborn as Saul

We have a problem in the church today. But, it’s not a new problem. It’s an ancient problem that often sneaks into the church undetected and messes up the whole operation. This sneaky invasion doesn’t sound all that dangerous when it’s described as stubbornness. But, if we were to call it divisiveness, everyone sits up a little straighter in their pews and takes notice. Stubbornness is the root of all the nasty denominationalism that currently rules the modern Church system. It’s time for it to go. But, if such a house-cleaning is to commence, it first must start inside our own individual souls.
