Five arrested over violent suburban crime spree

Gang crime squad detectives have arrested five males aged between 17 and 19 following a series of violent attacks across Melbourne's north-west, including arson and shootings. The attacks targeted five properties over several weeks, with an overseas crime boss allegedly ordering teenagers to carry out the violence after demanding hundreds of thousands of dollars from victims. Police raided four properties and arrested the suspects, who are being interviewed by detectives.
