Border tsar overhauls Minneapolis ICE operations

Tom Homan, Donald Trump's proclaimed border tsar, is implementing changes to ICE operations in Minneapolis to improve safety and efficiency. Several agents will be removed from the city following his review of enforcement operations. The changes come in the wake of two US citizens being shot by ICE agents in Minneapolis.
