Do the Ravens really need another 'CEO'-type head coach?

Ed and Jeremy took some time from Tuesday’s BBMS to discuss the Ravens’ upcoming second-interview with Dolphins DC Anthony Weaver. Weaver has been described as a guy who will set the tone for the franchise and help being ‘stability.’ Considering how Harbaugh did the same thing, would hiring Weaver be a lateral move?
