A seemingly petty crime has escalated into a full-blown elaborate scam

Police are investigating a bizarre, but elaborate scam, at an inner Melbourne wellness clinic. A woman was caught on camera snatching the business phone, but instead of selling it, she's now impersonating the owner and allegedly stealing from their clients.
