Angel Down

There is a watcher in the woods. Angel was abandoned in the woods by her stepfather and would probably not have survived if crazy old Verna hadn’t taken her in. She has learned to stay hidden, unseen by anyone, until she sees two children kidnapped and threatened by human traffickers. She rescues them and takes them to the safe place she learned about by watching Dash and his BMX riding friends. But now, who will rescue her? Hurt and locked in a filthy root cellar with other taken children, she has no idea that Maizy and her friends are hot on the trail. But will they be in time? Dash and Maizy work with the BMX friends to track and rescue the children in the hands of the traffickers. They must bring down the whole trafficking ring if they want to insure the safety of everyone involved so Maizy’s retired friends all get into the act and a very unusual partnership of the young and old turns out to be an effective way to maintain the safe place.
