Tattoos aren’t just aesthetic — they’re encoded memory written into the nervous system.
In this episode I’m breaking down the real science and spiritual intelligence behind tattoos: why the body remembers them, how placement determines function, and why certain symbols call to us long before we understand their meaning. We explore tattoos as rites of passage, ancestral markers, and identity anchors — not trends, but living testimony written on skin.
I also take you through my own tattoos as a case study: from a Celtic triquetra placed at the top of my spine at seventeen, to a fairy marking my creative center, to the words I am and trust etched into my forearms during awakening and becoming — and finally, the serpent, moon, and sacred geometry that sealed my rebirth after divorce.
This is a conversation about embodiment, sovereignty, and listening to the wisdom of the body — because your skin isn’t decoration.
It’s testimony.
