Sydney Harbour to host major Australia Day events

Sydney Harbour will host New South Wales' largest Australia Day celebration on January 26, featuring a dawn reflection on Indigenous history at the Opera House, the Woola Ora ceremony at Barangaroo, a wheelchair race, a military salute, the Ferrython ferry race, and the Australia Day Live concert. The event will include a special tribute to victims of the Bondi Beach shooting, whilst police consider extending a ban on demonstrations including annual Invasion Day rallies. Free tickets for the Ferrython and concert are available through the Australia Day website on a first-come, first-served basis.
