Geronimo And Cochise - Two Apache Legends

Over the years the Apache have been led by many legendary people. Two well known Apache legends, and the two that I have chosen to write about, are Geronimo and Cochise. They lived in turbulent times. Times when these two legends needed to join forces to fight for their lands and the lives of their people against the Mexican and the American soldiers. Both forces seeking revenge and retribution for the deaths of loved ones at the hands of the white man’s army, and the loss of their sacred lands desecrated by the white man. Geronimo and Cochise’s joint forces became a daring, dynamic and powerful fighting force to be reckoned with and feared. This is their story.
