Declan O’Rourke

The singer/songwriter will be in conversation with comedian Deirdre O’Kane tonight at the Abbey Theatre, in the First Fortnight Festival. He talks about his own mental health difficulties over the years, initially triggered by a bad acid trip. He found the book ‘Essential Help For Your Nerves’ by Dr Claire Weekes very helpful.
