Michigan State Looks to Keep Winning Streak Going Against Indiana at Breslin

January 10, 2026: Michigan State will host its final game of this 3 game home stand on Tuesday night as they host the Indiana Hoosiers. We are a quarter of the way thru the conference schedule already and the Spartans sit at 4-1 and tied for second in the Big Ten. Indiana, after getting surprised by the Gophers on the road to start their league play has bounced back well and is 3-2 after a heartbreaking home loss to the undefeated Huskers.

Well, this is definitely a different Hoosier team as Woodson exited the stage last year and was replaced by Darran DeVries who brought along his all-american son, Tucker. DeVries’ team already looks more competent than Indiana ever did under Woodson. DeVries had to remake the entire roster this year and so far it seems to be working aside from the obvious lack of size and strength on the team. The matchup is favorable to Michigan State - especially at home - and they will look to sweep their home stand before getting on a plane and heading out for two games in the Pacific Northwest.
