To help us make sense of the 2025 numbers, the nationalities of tourists visiting, and their favourite spots in and around Cape Town, Amy MacIver speaks to Paula Martini, a seasoned travel journalist with deep insight into South African and global tourism trends. Paula will break down which destinations are leading the way, how the city’s accolades are shaping arrivals, and what these figures mean for the local tourism sector as the post-pandemic recovery continues.
