We’ll walk through examples of applying words like Joy, Consistency, and Courage to your workouts, race choices, strength training, and recovery—and why consistency matters more than perfection, especially in midlife.
I also share my own words for 2026—Align and Savor—along with how I’m using them to guide my running, strength training, family life, writing goals, and overall priorities this year.
