Major manhunt for armed fugitive in WA Midwest

A major manhunt is underway in Western Australia's Midwest for 58-year-old Kenneth Giles, accused of shooting a woman in the hand during a domestic violence incident at a property in Mullewa, 450 kilometres north of Perth. Local and specialist police are conducting land and air searches of the property and surrounding farms and roads. Police warn that Giles, an experienced bushman who fled in a white Nissan Patrol, is armed with at least one firearm.
