The more we relate to seeing everyone as a projection of ourself, the more we relate to being ONE and the less separate we feel. There is love, joy, flow, inspiration and everything good being experienced when we are experiencing being ONE. There is no suffering.
The way to be more in the zone, experiencing more of being ONE, more conscious of the present moment is to be conscious of when we're not in that state. My experience is that by accepting I am identifying with being an individual and all the suffering that comes with that, the more that acceptance throws me out of the suffering of thinking I'm separate and into the experience of being ONE.
When we're in the flow, experiencing being ONE, we are not thinking; just being spontaneous. We're not aware of time. These descriptions attempting to describe what it is to be ONE in the present moment, are approximations. The full greatness of being present in the flow can only be experienced. All descriptions falll short of that experience.
From the perspective of being an individual, you can reach me for a free introductory coaching session where we build our capacity to use thought to end thought, and live more experiencing the present moment, what it is to be ONE. Contact me at scottfriedman40@gmail.com to learn to relate more to the fact that we each create our own world in the present moment.
