Red light camera at Kelly Drive and Eakins Oval to be activated Thursday

If you're driving near the Philadelphia Art Museum, make sure you don't roll through the red light. The 60-day warning period ends tomorrow and the red light camera at Kelly Drive and Eakins Oval will be activated. Run the light and you get a $100 dollar fine. This makes 36 intersections in the city where red light cameras are operating.
