John Bolton Talks Venezuela, US Access to Oil Reserves

Former National Security Advisor John Bolton says there's really been no regime change in Venezuela, but President Donald Trump was right to remove Nicolás Maduro as president. He's worried "we've removed the face of the regime, but not the regime itself." He spoke to Bloomberg's Joe Mathieu and Tyler Kendall.
