The Sydney Fish Market is holding its annual 36-hour non-stop Christmas seafood marathon, expecting over 100,000 shoppers to purchase approximately 120 tonnes of prawns, 850,000 oysters, and 350 tonnes of seafood. This marks the final Christmas trading period at the market's current location before it relocates to a new facility next door, which opens on 19 January.
